Our software platform — built on Haorui Technology's industrial software foundation and extended with PRA's own integration layer — is the intelligence that connects every piece of automation equipment to your business systems.

When a robot palletizes a case, our WCS tells it what to do. When a stacker crane retrieves a pallet, our WES orchestrates the sequence. When an order ships, our WMS updates your ERP in real time. This is the layer most automation companies don't talk about — because they don't build it themselves.

PRA builds and owns this layer. It means we can connect to any hardware brand, any ERP system, and any production environment — and we're accountable for the whole system, not just the robot arm.

KUKA is one of the world's leading suppliers of intelligent robotics, plant and systems engineering. Founded in 1898 in Augsburg, Germany, KUKA has been at the forefront of industrial automation for over 125 years.

KUKA's industrial robot range spans payloads from 3kg to 1,300kg, with specialised variants for food industry (stainless steel, IP65/IP67), cold chain (rated to -30°C), cleanroom, and heavy-duty applications. KUKA also produces the KMP series of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for intralogistics.

KUKA robots are deployed across more than 1,000 customers in the food industry alone, with installations in dairy, meat, beverage, packaging and cold chain operations worldwide — including right here in New Zealand at Coca-Cola Amatil's Auckland distribution centre.

Our relationship with KUKA: PRA is a solutions integrator — we select KUKA robots because they are the best fit for most NZ food, dairy, cold chain and logistics applications. We are not a KUKA reseller or exclusive distributor. For projects where a different robot brand is a better technical or commercial fit, we will recommend it.

Swisslog — Intelligent Warehouse Automation

Swisslog is a global leader in warehouse automation and intralogistics, and a member of the KUKA Group. Founded in Switzerland in 1900, Swisslog has been operating in Australia and New Zealand since 1996 — originally as Digitron, rebranded to Swisslog ANZ in 1999.
